What we collect and why
This site collects personal information only when you choose to send it: the property form and the chat widget accept your name, contact details, and information about the property you want to sell. That information is used solely to evaluate the property, prepare a cash offer, and continue the conversation you started. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
By submitting the form you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your property, including automated messages, as described in the Terms of Service. Consent is not a condition of any sale, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us to stop.
What we deliberately do not do
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, and no cookies for tracking. A single session-scoped flag records that you dismissed the consent notice, and it expires when you close the browser. Server logs used to protect the site store IP addresses only in hashed form.
How long we keep information
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Records connected to a completed purchase are kept as long as the transaction documents they belong to, following the retention rules that apply to real estate transactions.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us
to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send any of these requests through

Where data lives
Form and chat submissions are processed by our edge infrastructure provider and stored in our lead records. Submissions are protected by spam controls (a CAPTCHA, a honeypot field, and rate limiting), and internal access is limited to people who need it to respond to you.
